Terms & Conditions
All wedding packages will be subjected to the following.
An additional fee is to be negotiated and advised in the event of the following requirements:
Travel over the stated distance for the package selected
Overnight accommodation if requested/required
Organising an interpreter
Extra costs relating to adventure weddings such as the activity cost, i.e. tandem skydive, hire of hot air balloon, etc.
A standard legal wedding certificate issued by the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages costs $48. This is not included in any of my service or package fees. Couples need to complete an application form and send it to the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages.
Once paid, the $200 booking fee is non refundable.
Once the balance is paid in full:
In the event of the ceremony not taking place or the bridal couple disengaging my services, refund or partial refund will be at my discretion
In the event of the appointed celebrant being unable to officiate on the day, I undertake to provide a suitable replacement celebrant or to refund the balance in full.
Your personal details and your wedding arrangements will remain strictly confidential. I will not disclose this information to any parties, other than to those authorities to whom I am obliged to lodge forms and report.
You permit photos taken by me or my staff at your event to be used in social media or marketing material for Jenny Lott and Celebrations of Life. You permit me to use any event photos taken by you or your photographers that are sent by you or by your photographers to me and that they may be used in social media or marketing material for Jenny Lott and Celebrations of Life.
